Meet The Designers Of The 2019 Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles Designer Showhouse

Each year brings a new Designer Showhouse, and each Showhouse brings new designers to Serenbe. Architects & builders begin working with Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles almost a year before the Showhouse opens, then interior designers spend weeks choosing the exact pieces they want to create the perfect space. From window treatments to scents added to the room, no detail is left to chance.

We can’t wait to see the 2019 Atlanta Homes & Lifestyles Designer Showhouse, but in the meantime we’re excited to learn about whose designs will be showcased. Meet this year’s Showhouse Designers:

Lead Designer: Fixtures and Finishes + Kitchen and Dining Room

Anna-Wooten generates a fresh, personalized take on classic interiors. A happy home is one that is livable, so she strives to create casual, comfortable spaces that are as functional as they are elegant.

Growing up in North Carolina, Anna Wooten was surrounded by southern influences including both of her grandmothers who each had an eye for design. Walking through vacant residences and new builds with her father, a real estate broker, she has been dreaming of turning houses into homes for her clients since childhood.

In 2016, she founded A. Wooten Interiors and has been working independently on residential projects up and down the east coast. She resides in Buckhead with her daughter, Lucy, miniature dachshund, Mabel, and husband, Randall.  Her work has been featured in Atlanta Homes + Lifestyles, Atlanta Magazine, and Flavors Magazine.

With an objective to always honor the culture of architecture, KICo. seeks to bridge the gap between the timeless past and the innovative future with a harmonious and layered result. We thrive on the details, and capture authenticity by adhering to true-and-tested materials in creative combinations.  With each project our designs source inspiration from local references, native landscape and character of the architecture combined with the client’s perspective and personality. There is a sculptural component that unites our work, in which balance of texture, combination of color, and formation of depth are paramount.  KICo. believes that good design satisfies the soul’s need for comfort and beauty, bringing warmth to the lives of those who inhabit it.
